Writer/Editor/Production Coordinator

Four Eyes is looking for an experienced writer/editor in the digital space—someone who, preferably, has experience working with podcasts, but can also write scripts and commercial copy, edit various media, and manage the administrative tasks a project requires.

Responsibilities

• Research and write questions for podcasts in the Society & Culture, Lifestyle, and Religion & Spirituality spaces

• Provide editing direction to audio engineers for podcast production

• Provide editing direction to video producers for video podcast episodes and YouTube videos

• Write scripts for podcast hosts

• Write marketing copy for podcast episodes

• Manage asset delivery of podcasts to clients

• Occasionally interview guests remotely over digital platforms

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience editing for print, digital, video and/or podcast publications

• And of course, a love for storytelling (we’ll definitely ask you about your favorite movies, TV, books and podcasts—get ready!)
